Are you taking new patients?
Yes, always. You don't need a referral and you don't need to have been here before.
Do you accept my health fund?
We accept all health funds with HICAPS on site, so you claim on the spot and only pay the gap. We're a CBHS preferred provider and treat Australian veterans with full cover.
I'm in pain. Should I still fill in the form?
No — call us. The form gets a response within one business day, which is too slow if you're in pain. Ring (02) 9344 4433.
