New Patients
Total Dental Care is a comfortable, well-organised and clean place. Our team enjoys getting to know our patients and helping them feel welcomed. When you walk in, you’ll be greeted by name and given a form to fill in. Then, you’ll get started with your appointment.
Outside of Dentistry
You’ll go to a treatment room to meet with Dentist Dr Mark Mann. He’ll listen to your concerns and have a chat, getting to know you a bit. We’ll do an examination, then perform the service that you’ve been booked in for. If you’re here for a routine visit, that includes a checkup and clean, scale and polish and fluoride treatment. If you need a set of X-rays, that is a seperate cost. Please note that it is always your choice if you want to have X-rays done with no pressure from us. If any problems are identified during your examination, we’ll inform you of them and let you decide what you’d like to do.
